How do I register my pet with 3 Stone Vets?
You can register online in a couple of minutes and get $10 off your first visit, or we'll sort it when you arrive. Register one pet at a time, up to three per owner.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online through our client portal, or call us on 07 870 2696 and our team will find a time that suits.
Do you treat both pets and farm animals?
Yes - 3 Stone Vets is a genuine mixed practice. We care for cats, dogs and lifestyle pets in the clinic, and dairy, beef, sheep and lifestyle-block animals out on farm.
Are you available for after-hours emergencies?
Our experienced vets are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for both pet and farm emergencies. If something's wrong, call us straight away on 07 870 2696.
Where are you, and what are your hours?
We're at 923 Alexandra Street, Te Awamutu. Open Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9am-12pm; closed Sunday.
Do you have a cattery?
Yes - a boutique cattery with qualified vet-nurse care, premium Royal Canin food and air-conditioned, cat-friendly accommodation, with vets on site if needed. Send us your dates to book.
What is the Pet Members Club?
It's our wellness plan from $20/fortnight - unlimited vet consults, annual health check and vaccinations, parasite-control discounts, nurse clinics and a $300 annual dental credit. It spreads your pet's healthcare over the year.
Do you travel to farms and lifestyle blocks?
Yes - on-farm visits across the Waikato and King Country are part of our everyday run, for both large dairy herds and lifestyle blocks.
